How far in advance do I need to place my custom order?


To ensure our availability,orders should be place at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance.We'll still continue taking orders till we're fully booked.So,if you do have to place a last minute order for your custom cakes,do feel free to contact us! We try not to take in so much order to ensure that we give as much attention to details to the orders that we've taken in.




Can I place an order over the phone?


We do not discuss any orders over the phone as to minimize any miscommunication.We would prefer to have everything in black and white so that we can refer back to our chat history to avoid missing out any details on the cake.




Do you provide delivery? How much does it cost?


Yes,we do! Deliveries charges will be $25 islandwide, $45 for sentosa. ( Monday to Sunday ) We also do self - collections at Seng Kang.( Monday to Saturday ) Delivery Time slots : 9am - 12pm 12pm - 3pm 3pm - 6pm 6pm - 9pm However, items are to be checked by customer before leaving.We'll not be responsible for any damages once cake is collected by customer. For drivers collecting the cake themself, do place the cake on the flattest surface in the car and avoid direct sunlight.




How do I store the cakes?


DO NOT place cake under direct sunlight. For fondant cakes,we would advise customers to store it in a well air-conditioned room.We do not recommend storing them in the fridge as it will cause condensation on the cake surfaces. However, cream cakes has to be stored in the fridge and only be taken out 2 hour before the event. Once cake is cut, it can be stored in the fridge.
